Dugga has been awarded Microsoft Education Partner of the Year 2020 for its innovative digital assessment solutions. Used in over 60 countries, Dugga supports remote education globally and integrates seamlessly with Microsoft Teams and Azure to enhance learning and assessment quality.

The Microsoft Partner of the Year Awards recognize Microsoft partners that have developed and delivered exceptional Microsoft-based solutions during the past year. Awards were classified in several categories, with honorees chosen from a set of more than 3,300 submitted nominations from more than 100 countries worldwide. Dugga was recognized for providing outstanding solutions and services in digital assessment for education worldwide.

Elizabeth Shannon, a celebrated educator and Department Head at the Sarasota School of Arts and Sciences, has proudly received the Dugga Teacher Award 2020, heralded during the annual Nobel Day celebrations. Her tireless efforts in spearheading digital transformation in education, especially amid the challenges of Covid-19, have set her apart as an exemplary leader in the field.
