What we are looking for
We are now looking for an additional Account Managers who will mainly work with sales throughout the country and are responsible for running the entire sales process, from booking demos, conducting visits, product presentations, negotiating and closing deals.
The role of Account Manager for Dugga means that you work with both new and existing customers with responsibility for contract renewals and additional sales. Your task is to establish and develop existing customer contacts by phone/mail and ensure sales for the segment and team. Your tasks include incoming requests, creating solution proposals according to the established process. You will also follow up targeted marketing campaigns or product offerings. The main objectives of this position are to reach sales goals and contract renewal targets.
To succeed in the role, you are a driven person who wants to be part of an exciting journey and expand Dugga’s international business expansion. You are committed and you have previous experience of B2B sales. You work with long-term customer relationships and work pro-actively towards new customers. We are looking for those who are bold and driven with a technical mind. You work persistently and effectively during times of success as well as during setbacks. You are an enthusiastic person who likes to work towards goals and reach them. To achieve your goals in this role, you need to have excellent skills in relationships building with customers and colleagues, you are a good listener and can express yourself well in speech and writing both in Swedish and English. However, it is not a requirement to have previous experience of working towards schools/education. Driving licence is a great merit.
